How To Meditate ONLINE

(in englischer Sprache)

This course will train you to include a meditation practice in your life. The medical and mental benefits of meditation have been proven, but many people find it difficult to learn and integrate this skill into their everyday routines. Especially, at this time of the Corona virus a meditation practice can help you to stay more balanced in your life.

This online weekly webinar will give you the chance to finally establish your own practice and/or to strengthen a practice you have already started. You will be supported by a trainer with over 30 years of meditation experience (with different forms of meditation) and who will be able to help you to find a method which is suited to you.

The course is designed in a creative way and will include group meditation sessions in every session. The webinars will be held in the English language, but, of course, explanations in German will be available for anyone who needs it.
